Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern all contracts between BrotherLabs and its clients for services in software engineering, IoT and robotics.

The scope of services follows from the respective offer or order confirmation. BrotherLabs delivers its services with due care; the client cooperates as needed, e.g. by providing timely feedback and required content.

Unless otherwise agreed, BrotherLabs invoices on a time-and-materials basis at the hourly rates stated in the offer. Invoices are due net 30 days from the invoice date. All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) and exclude any applicable VAT.

Upon full payment, the client receives the work results created under the order for unrestricted use within the agreed purpose. Pre-existing libraries, tools and components remain the property of BrotherLabs.

BrotherLabs is liable for damages caused by gross negligence and intent. Liability for slight negligence, indirect damages, lost profit and consequential damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Swiss law applies exclusively, to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Frauenfeld, Switzerland.
